Global Regenesis Corporation

Global Regenesis Corporation was formed to research, design, develop and implement a prototypical 21st Century green community. This environmentally friendly community will be low profile, partially subterranean, secure, and self-sustaining. Resort styling and a high quality of living are envisioned based on a unique blending of low-impact architecture, landscaping, agriculture, aquaculture and bio-forestry, all of which will be functionally integrated with the best available technology.

As a holistic community, Project Regenesis will have its own primary food supply and water regeneration capacity, will be a net producer of environmentally-friendly, or renewable energy and will not rely on noisy, polluting transport.
All structures will be designed and built to facilitate ongoing upgrades as technologies improve, allowing the project to remain on the cutting edge of environmental efficiency and will be a benchmark for capturing the highest quality of life and most effective use of resources over the next century.

The initial development will be implemented in phases or clusters. Each cluster will be designed as a fully autonomous and complete living environment that will include a variety of structures and open areas. Designed as a cutting edge alternative to urban sprawl, this community approach is destined to become the foremost international center for environmentalists and others interested in maintaining natural resources and habitats.
